EMERALD HILLS SAFETY ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT
March 3, 2020 6:00PM-6:30PM
Oak Lake Community Center

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM

1) ROLL CALL – Board members present were:
Andrew Cagnetta.
Sandra Veszi Einhorn Absent
Charles Flaxman
David Rubin
Robert Posner (by phone)
Other people – Karen Lieberman, Attorney

There were no members of the public present.

2) Motion to approve minutes of February 4,2020 – approved.

3) Communications– No complaints regarding communication

4) Form 1. Due in July.

5) Budget and Financials- Andy announced we have a surplus and burning and collection about equal.

6) Discussion of the Patrol – Apparently big issue are the patrols from 1:00-3:00pm not consistent

7) Accounting and Finance – See #5

8) Additional security measures – Tabled until after commission meeting

9) Discussed amending ordinance and content of same to be presented to commission.

10) New business: None

11) Public comments – No members of public present

12) Adjourn – The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM. Next meeting April 7, 2020, Oak Lake Community Center.
