EMERALD HILLS SAFETY ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT
August 22, 2018 6:00PM-8:00PM
Driftwood Community Center
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM at the Driftwood Community Center.
1) ROLL CALL – Board members present were:
Charles Flaxman – By phone
Keith Kotrady
Andrew Cagnetta
Robert Posner
Sandra Veszi Einhorn
Other people – Karen Lieberman, Attorney.
2) Approval of the minutes Sandra 1st, Andy 2nd everyone in favor.
3) Update and Action Plan – Trim notices went out. Received some inquiries. Keith & Rob gave an update. Officer Anthony Gomez will be our patrol liaison. We will start the patrol.
4) Insurance Update- Flaxman – City is the responsible party for the patrol. Insurance will be updated to protect our organization.
5) Welcome Letter – Made edits to the Welcome Letter. Andy will send out ASAP. Sandra will finish editing.
6) Website Discussion – Sandra handling the launch. Will have a public and private user login. Should be up and running by the end of next week. Ehsed.com
7) Public Comments – No public comment at the end.
8) New business. Agenda for next meeting is September 4th. Budget meeting September 12th. September 26th second budget meeting.
9) Adjourn – The meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
