A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE EMERALD HILLS SAFETY ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT, AUTHORIZING THE EMERALD HILLS SAFETY ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT TO INCLUDE PRIOR DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT ACCOUNTS ON THE BROWARD COUNTY TAX BILL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
