The meeting was called to order at 6:09 PM
1) ROLL CALL – Board members present were:
Keith Kotrady
Andrew Cagnetta
Robert Posner
Sandra Veszi Einhorn
Charles Flaxman – Absent
Other people – Karen Lieberman, Attorney.
There were 5 members of the public present. 2 residents
2) Minutes from the presented. Motion to approve by Einhorn, Second Cagnetta. September 12, 2019 approved unanimously.
3) Read Resolution No.19-05 out loud. Opening for public hearing. Members of the public present. Einhorn 1st, Cagnetta 2nd. Unanimous approval.
4) Covered the rest of the agenda. Nothing voted on.
5) Next meeting Tuesday October 5th, 2019 6PM Oak Lake Community Center
Motion to adjourn Cagnetta, Kotrady second approved unanimously
