The meeting was called to order at 6:08 PM

1) ROLL CALL – Board members present were:
Keith Kotrady
Andrew Cagnetta
Robert Posner – Absent
Sandra Veszi Einhorn
Charles Flaxman – Absent
Other people – Karen Lieberman, Attorney.

There were no members of the public present.

2) Minutes – next time.

3) Read Resolution No.19-03 out loud. Opening for public hearing. No members of the public present. Cagnetta 1^st, Kotrady 2^nd. Unanimous approval.

4) Resolution 19-04. Opening for public hearing. No members of the public present. Cagnetta 1^st, Einhorn 2^nd.
Kotrady – Voted No Cagnetta, Einhorn – Yes – Approved

5) Next meeting Wednesday September 25^th, 2019 6PM Oak Lake Community Center

Motion to adjourn Cagnetta, Einhorn second approved unanimously
